"Urban Garden" in process - 9

Panels 3 and 4
The small green patch on the left is taking its time to dry, keeping me from being able to mask for the block next to it. If I attempt it to soon, the paint will come up with the masking tape. Below is the first pass on Panel 4. As you can see this area has deeper tones than panels 1-3.
