Sometimes the most difficult part of posting in my blog is trying to tell you what I am thinking. I switch my thoughts from right brain painting thoughts to left brain technical thoughts uploading the image and dealing with hard wired computer brains locked inside a metal box.
I have no problem working with computers, really enjoy it actually, but this switch is vexing. Right brain thoughts while painting: Ooo, I love the softness of the light enveloping the apple, It's a really small apple, it's looking too red, it needs more softness, the glass, is this going to work out? All this pink, will it translate as light? Need to seat the bottle, it's floating . . . I very much wanted to paint the new antique aqua green bottle that I just bought, and picked the apple for a contrast in color. It was a most enjoyable painting time.
