$500 Painting the Calypso series was a break-through moment for me. I was inspired to create each entire composition with tape and no preconceived design. Each painting was fashioned one shape at a time, allowing the oil paint to dry before moving on to the next adjacent shape, taping and painting and repeating. I am enjoying the generous, lyrical quality of this method. The painting continues around the sides of the canvas. This painting is available.
